With a track record as a Senior Executive stretching back over 20 years, Chris has accumulated a wealth of multi-disciplined knowledge and experience in both blue chip organisations and privately funded entrepreneurial startups, which he uses to consistently help drive performance and deliver great results.

He is a former Managing Director of Barclays Private Clients International Limited, COO of Barclays Wealth Banking Operations and CEO of a highly successful Isle of Man based business process, payment and marketing company. He has also operated his own highly successful business consultancy for over 10 years.

Chris possesses a natural curiosity to understand what makes a business tick which aids his ability to develop a rapid understanding of the strategic intentions which plans can be built on. Expert in recruiting, developing and retaining talent, Chris is an advocate of the high-performance culture, believing that it should be fun and that people thrive on challenge if they are given the right direction.

Louise Connor (nee Orton) is a talented and commercially focused senior HR professional with over 20 years generalist experience in international HR.

She is highly effective with an accomplished track record of delivery against all aspects of strategic and operational HR. Louise covers all industries and has worked with businesses of all sizes from small start up's businesses to large corporates. She has been responsible for overseeing several significant business transformation projects involving large teams and multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to becoming an independent Consultant, Louise held several senior HR roles in international blue chip organisations. She has subsequently successfully completed Since becoming a Consultant she has been engaged in a wide variety of assignments and has most recently been engaged to provide leadership and oversight of one of the Island's leading recruitment businesses.

Louise has exceptional people skills and is passionate about learning and development. She believes in the value of establishing a high performance business culture that celebrates success and provides the platform for individual and teams to achieve their potential.

When not helping businesses flourish, Louise works with several local charities and is the Founder of Manx Miracles which is an Island based charity raising funds for children that face huge challenges in their lives.
